Our return policy window lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please email us at email@example.com within 3 days of delivery with the reason for returning your purchase for a refund. Photographs are helpful and are welcome. We will make a preliminary determination of your return eligibility upon email receipt.
To be fully eligible for a return, your item when returned and inspected must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (Please do not modify or assemble the product in any way).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Mail new, unused item(s) in original product packaging to: 618 Center Point Way, #83375, Gaithersburg, MD 20878, USA. Items must be received within 14 days after delivery to your home or business.

- Customized (personalized/ monogrammed / tailored) items
- Modified or assembled items
- Gifts, gift certificates or cards
- Items marked non-returnable on product page at time of purchase
Discounted or clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale at a discount or clearance cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective (includes customization error on our end) or damaged on delivery in the original product packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email specifying the reason for your exchange request within 24 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. Photographs of the defect / error or damage are helpful and are welcome.
Gifts (if applicable)
We do not refund purchases sent and received as gifts including gift cards or certificates. However, if the gift item is damaged or defective on delivery, please follow the procedure for exchanges if applicable including provision of receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Note: If the return did not meet the eligibility criteria, you will be required to pay the shipping cost to return the item back to you based on your shipping preference.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
